(Help)- showing number of flash cards in category

I typically learn around 100 new cards a week and my default folder is "uncategorized" but it doesn't say how many flash cards are in the folder. I'm on the iOS version with the basic bundle and an extra dictionary added on. On the android version I never had this problem as at the top of each flash card category I made it said how many flash cards are in each folder. Other than this, I've been more than happy with my purchase for the last year and a half !

Tap on the (i) button next to the category name and you'll see the card count listed there. ("# cards (excluding children)")

Thanks a lot for the response, anyway to find out card count for the uncategorized folder? In the android version this was always there at the top of the screen.

No, oddly enough I don't think anybody has ever complained about that. You can get that card count from Statistics, though.

You can create a new category "UnCat" (or whatever name you like) and move all your uncategorized cards to that category. Then you can count the cards and can even tag them.
