In OCR -> Still OCR -> Take Picture, after taking a photo, there is a useful "Retake" button. However, after pressing 'Use Photo', there is not a 'Retake' button, and you must click through five options to get back to the "Take Picture" screen. I'm trying to OCR pages of a book this way, and often have the OCR fail to read everything correctly several times before getting it right. Could you please add a 'Retake' button to the screen following 'Use Photo'?

Are you on iOS? If so, I'd suggest that you a) turn on the "New OCR Interface" and "New OCR Algorithm" options in Settings / OCR, which should hopefully eliminate the need for retakes. If you're on Android you could try our "Experimental still algorithm" option.
We're experimenting with a new interface for this on Android - "Snap OCR" - which would work similarly to what you're describing with 'retake' in that it lets you preview the text it's going to capture before you capture it and efficiently go back to capturing again if you're not happy with the result. This will probably come to iOS soon too, it's just that since OCR on both platforms is largely independent, we tend to try things out on one or the other at a time.
