ABC Dictionary Notation Guide

Mike, would it be possible to add the doc for the next version that the user should download the Reader's Guide from ABC dictionary's website -- or maybe even to include a copy of it, if you have the license. The Reader Guide explains the notation the dictionary uses.

the documentation should have included the Reader's Guide to the ABC Dictionary or at least directed to its web address, but unfortunately it doesn't.

We do have a license for it, we didn't include it because we didn't have a way to encrypt or otherwise copy-protect it. But since they seem to be making it available as a free download I suppose that that's a moot point now, so it should definitely be included in 2.0 (along with probably most of the other appendix data from the ABC).
