psc

PSC is designed for native students. It has 16897 words, of which ~6800 are unique, when compared to HSK and TOCFL. I compiled the lists from the 普通话学习网 website. 14 of the words did not import successfully, so I assumed they were typos and changed them like below. Comments welcome!
