The finished version of 2.0.2 has now been posted on our website - update packages can be downloaded from http://www.pleco.com/wmdownload.html for WM and http://www.pleco.com/palmdownload.html for Palm OS. Also note the newly-licensed C-E dictionary and new "Complete" bundle announcements on the main page.
