Additional Dictionaries and OCR not Transferring

I've re-registered my Pleco account (complete bundle) originally used on an iPhone 4 on an iPhone 3G with the same registration ID and restored my iTunes purchases, but none of the additional purchased dictionaries nor the OCR reader are showing up on the iPhone 3G. Could this be because these add-ons aren't supported on the older 3G unit? That explanation seems logical for the OCR reader, but I don't see why the additional dictionaries wouldn't work on the older 3G unit. Could anybody be of assistance on this matter?

OCR isn't supported on the 3G, but the dictionaries should be - try reloading the add-ons screen, we had some server troubles earlier.
