Audio Input - Easily switch between Mandarin and Cantonese?

I have both iOS and Android version. I'm testing the audio input function.

On Android version, it's very easy to switch between Mandarin, Cantonese or English audio input - just press and hold the microphone icon for a few seconds, then you may choose the language from a popup window.

On iOS, it looks like we'll have to change that from OS level - Home Screen > Settings > General > Siri > Language.

Would it be possible to make it as easy as Android? Or Apple totally locked it down thus there's nothing the developer can do?

Nothing we can do at the moment - we're hoping they'll eventually provide APIs for developers to directly access iOS' speech recognition, as they already do for iOS' text-to-speech, but they haven't done so yet.
