bènzhuó is the Taiwanese pronunciation, though it may well also have made inroads into Mainland usage. I think I’ve heard something to that effect. Here you see the pronunciations for the Taiwanese dictionaries I have installed:
In my view, that is just a language development that isn‘t yet reflected in the dictionaries, though obviously in the recordings.
