Backup database broken?

I just recently flashed an update/wiped my phone and lost all my Pleco flashcards because Titanium Backup failed to back them up. I had a .pqb backup as well but when I try to load it it says "this file does not appear to be a valid flashcard database". I had a lot of cards The kicker is I actually tested the database before wiping and it worked fine. Can anything be done to fix it?

Edit: Just noticed the "last modified" date on this is 13 July. How!? I backed it up today! Did I somehow copy the file over as it was still being written to? :|

I just PM'ed you a repaired copy of the file - it seems like it must have been corrupted at some point in the process of backing it up or copying it to your computer, most of the data seems to have been intact but a few bits towards the end were garbled / missing.
