Buying from online store

Hi, I want to start buying IAPs direct from developers whenever possible. In Pleco's case, when I use my registration ID to "log-in" to the online store, it doesn't seem to know anything I've purchased (things I've already purchased are still available for purchase) or offer discounted upgrade pricing, e.g. for the Chinese History Manual. Any ideas?

Same issue for me, didn't know that was a thing, however, it won't show me my purchases. As far as I can remember I bought one of the bundles~
I'll be sending you my registration ID right away.
