Cant find where to download high quality versions of Qiang and Hong TTS after buying them and installing

I have bought and installed both Qiang and Hong TTS, but high-quality of it I cant find. It don't appear in avialable to download Addon section. Please help.

It would be in the Available tab. Or are they maybe already installed (Installed tab)?
