Can't reverse search ABC proverbs "Topics"

ABC Proverbs' "Topics" section doesn't seem to work with reverse search.

Is this on purpose?

I'd like to be able to search through topics if able.

Yeah, we're working on a way to put that in a separate search 'field' but left it out in the meantime because it would horribly clutter up search results for common words.
