Chinese Language on Windows Mobile 6

is there a way to turn plumsip on and off easily? like ce star?

because im actually typing english most of the time and i prefer the normal onscreen keypad that comes with my phone.

I am using touchpal with a bunch of fixes to type and read Chinese on my new HD2... but I would like the os to display chinese in the calendar and times etc as with ce star... any way I can enable with without installing ce star... (seems to have problems on the HD2)...
