Chinese medicine dictionary tone marks not showing in definition

Hey I was hoping someone could help me out. I'm using the Chinese Medicine dictionary, and in the definition, all the Pinyin uses the tone numbers, not the tone marks. Is there a way to change it so it shows the tone marks?

Also, is there any way to clean up the formatting for some of the long definitions? Even if I have to do it to each definition as I go along.

The pinyin numbers are a surprisingly-hard-to-fix data conversion issue - they're on our to-do list but I'm not sure if we'll do another build of that particular dictionary until 4.0 (when our data formats are all changing + pretty much every dictionary is going to get an update).
