Creating flash cards from dictionary entries

There have been many times I have seen 词 within dictionary definitions that I would have loved to have added to my flashcards, but there lacks that option on the pop-up window to do so. Could that be added?

There should be a + button in the top toolbar for that - is that button not visible?
