error: keyfile you installed is invalid or does not match

Does anyone know where and how to access the Device ID on a palm (Tungsten E running Palm desktop 4.2.1). I purchased the pleco professional package this am and got all excited to use it, then when I tried to use the unlock app, I got the following error message:

"Sorry, the keyfile you installed is invalid or does not match your current Device ID..."

Seems like if I knew where it was, I could figure out how to match my device ID to what Pleco thinks it is

anyone?

Answered by e-mail, but for anyone else having this problem, launch PlecoDict again, tap on the "Ordering" button in the demo version warning message that comes up, and send us the HotSync Username and Device ID from that screen and we can update your keyfile for you. (or on Pocket PC just choose Help from the Ordering menu to get your Device ID)
