Favorites not coming up properly

I was trying to figure out a problem with Pleco by reloading it on my old iPad 2. Normally I use Pleco on my iPad Air, so I'm trying to set up some configs on the IPad 2 to match my iPad Air.

However, when I tried to set up the Favorites on the iPad 2, they come up incorrectly. I've attached a screenshot. The favorites are out of order and don't function (i.e. When I touch them, nothing happens).

This is the latest Pleco running on iPad 2 with iOS 8.0.2.

Any suggestions?

After a power down and full reboot on the iPad 2, now I have an even weirder situation (see screenshot). One of the Favorites line items shows up where it's supposed to, but two others do not. But if I touch the one below the line, (Live OCR) it fires off the Font selection action. The other two items at the top still do not function at all.

Thanks - this may be tricky to reproduce since our one non-Retina iPad is currently still on 7 but we'll see if we can simulate it some other way (or find an explanation in the code).
