In preparation for PlecoDict, we've just released a utility that will let you export Oxford E&C flashcards to any of a number of text formats. It's available at http://www.pleco.com/oxflashconvert.zip (http://www.pleco.com/oxflashconvert.sit.bin for Mac users).
It doesn't allow you to export the complete text of dictionary entries, but it does export the headwords, and those will be enough to import your cards back into PlecoDict later on.
