I sometimes get flashcards mixed up when repeating those that I have forgotten at the end of a session.
E.g. if I learn about 50 new flashcards, I might get 30 right and 20 wrong. Those twenty wrong flashcards get repeated at the end of the session (I will call this round 1), and if I get a few of these 20 wrong cards wrong for a second time, they will be repeated again (I will call this round 2).
I sometimes get cards into round 2 that I marked as remembered correctly during round 1, at the expense of cards that I did not remember correctly. I.e. total number of cards in round 2 seems correct, it is just that some cards do not belong there and other cards are missing.
This is a bit unpredictable, but has happened to me a few times and I am now fairly certain it is not a case of me remembering my user interactions wrongly.
