I have upgraded to Pleco 2.0, and have a problem using the handwriting input option. Sometimes it works fine. Other times, it won't let me finish writing the character before it puts up a response on the top line, and the response is not even a character, just jibberish. I have installed the 2.0.1 upgrade and still get this problem. Can anyone help me?

This is happening because your Palm's built-in Chinese handwriting recognizer is trying to take over the character input instead of letting Pleco process it.
Go into the "Input" panel of the Preferences screen and check the "Hide insertion point" box - that should trick that other recognizer into disabling itself. If that doesn't work, go into your Palm's program launcher screen, look for an icon labeled "PenP" or "蒙恬", tap on it, and uncheck all of the boxes on that screen.
