How to create the + button to add examples

Hi guys
I create a bunch of custom dictionaries, but dont know how to create the Plus (+) button next to examples like the builtin or bought dictionaries.

Anyone know how to do it?

That's not currently possible, though it will be possible in our 4.0 update.
