How to edit my own flashcards with PC

Hi,
I know this must be somewhere but I have not been able to find it yet. I would like to know how to edit correctly my own flashcards using my pc and then transfer them to Pleco (syntax, spaces...). Is there anyplace in the manual or any post that explains how to do it? Are there several methods?
