How to enable extended audio voices?

Ok, i bought bundle pack, but dont know how to enable extended audio voices, are they automatically enabled? because when i click on speaker in flashcards, sometimes it still sound "sylabic".
 
Did you download them too? Check "Purchased but not downloaded" in the Paid tab in Add-ons.
 
For example before buying and now, after buyin this character is read the same way:
外
female is reading it smth like vay
and male is reading like way (w like in water)
 
There wouldn't be any change to single-character readings, only to multi-character ones - that's what the "extended" part is.
