iOS 7.1 update safe?

Is it safe to update to iOS 7.1? I thought I saw a warning about this update possibly causing problems with Pleco on some devices, but I can't find that message now. Am I imagining things, or was there such a warning?

Seems to be OK, yes - it did cause problems with 3.1.2 on some devices but our new 3.1.3 update appears to have resolved them.
