Keyboard or clicker support for iPad reader

Hi,

I often plug in my iPad into a keyboard and display, and to turn the page, it would be nice to be able to use the arrow keys on my keyboard. Alternatively, it would also be nice to connect a Bluetooth clicker (like for presentations) in order to turn the page. Is it possible to add support for both of these input devices? Thanks!

4.0, we're not really adding anything to earlier versions at this point except to a) fix bugs or b) comply with contractual / business obligations.
