Not quite sure what you mean by 'latest version' - most of the features that we added in 3.0 on iOS are either already included in our Android software (like merged search) or not really feasible to bring to Android (like our new type design) so there isn't a really big update in the works. We are planning an update to support our latest database format and bring over a few minor 3.0 features that aren't supported on Android yet, but no specific timeline on that.

Ah, that's another one we can't do at the moment - iOS has built-in support for decoding PDF, Word, and RTF files that we can hook into, while Android doesn't. And the only PDF decoder library for Android we've found that does a respectable job with Chinese text charges a *huge* license fee (lot of money up front plus a percentage of all of the money we make from our Android app, even outside of the document reader) that simply wouldn't be covered by the extra sales PDF reading support would generate for us.

Is there also a flashcard update in the works? I thought I read somewhere on the forums that in the next flashcard update it would be made possible to review failed cards interspersed throughout the flashcard session, similar to what Anki has, instead of just at the end of the session. Is this still the case?

Yes, actually that'll happen over the course of several updates and we're trying not to commit to too many specifics yet - the cross-platform parts of it should be out on Android and iOS pretty much simultaneously (at least in beta form), but some platform/UI-heavy stuff may come to iOS first.
