Lost Handwriting Recognizer features after Upgrade

Today, I just upgraded my pleco to version 3.0 in Ipad.
After the upgrade is completed, I realised that the Pleco in my Ipad become a demo version.
The Handwriting Recogniser become a demo version.

I also have tried to recover my purchase by going into the “Add-ons” screen and tapping “Restore iTunes Purchases” or “Restore In-App Purchases.”
But it says " You appear to have already been credited with all of the Pleco add-ons you've purchased."
and I still cant use the Handwriting Recognizer features.

Anyone who has the same issue and able to solve this issue ???

Please contact support with the "Registration ID" from the top of the Pleco "Registration" screen on your device and we should be able to help sort this out.
