Mixing Studying Profiles

Hello,

I am moving all my flashcards from Anki to Pleco, and I was expecting the flashcard system work roughly the same way. However, it seems that you can either study Ch->En or En->Ch at one time, not mix cards. Am I missing something? Did nobody ever miss this mixed way of studying, which is the default with Anki actually?

If it is really not possible at the moment, would it be technically possible to make the profiles to study a multi-select list box, i.e. allow to check and uncheck multiple profiles to study? If I could throw some Tone Practice between Ch->En and En->Ch, that would be even more awesome.

You can get it, it's just a bit hard to find - go into Flashcard Testing / Basic Settings / Test settings and set "Subject selection" to "Alternating" and that'll let you have a mix of different review directions. There's also a "Score-based" option there that'll let you vary which direction you study a card in based on its score (= interval).
