Is there a difference between these two, other than that the essentials version has 25 expert infos, and the expert version has 38? Also, will the expert version ever be available to those who did not pre-register?
At the moment, no. Eventually there'll be a lot more Expert entries. You can preorder Expert on Outlier's website, we're not selling it ourselves yet since we can't really do preorders through Apple's in-app purchase system.
