Pleco 2 Flashcard File Format

What is the format for Flashcards for Pleco 2?

I want to create Flashcards with categories already imbedded in them. Specifically, I want to create Flashcards for a book that are categorized by chapter. (See: viewtopic.php?f=7&t=775#p17792)

I looked at the Flashcards Reference Manual, but the section on file format doesn't include information on specifying categories, or at least I didn't see it.

It's a line consisting of // followed by the name of the category - actually is mentioned in the manual but you have to read through several paragraphs to get to it.
