Pleco crashing, only able to open in airplane mode

I live in China and a few days ago the Pleco I have installed on my iPhone started having issues. When I try to open the app, it will hang for several seconds, before closing. Strangely, when I double-click "home", there does appear to be a Pleco window open, but when I go to it, it is just a frozen screen. I have tried resetting Pleco from Settings, restarting my phone. iPad version is working just fine. I am running 10.0.2, Pleco is 3.2.14.

Might be a DRM issue - perhaps you're no longer logged into the iTunes account you used to download Pleco. Best fix would be to delete and reinstall; if that's not an option because of possible loss of flashcards, another thing you can try would be to go into the system Settings app / iTunes & App Store, sign out of your account, reboot your phone, sign back in to the exact same account you used to download Pleco originally, then try opening Pleco again.
