Pleco equivalent, for Chinese-speaking learners of English?

I'm a delighted user of Pleco for my Chinese studies. My wife is a Beijing native and would like an iPhone dictionary that is as good as Pleco, but designed for native Chinese speakers learning English.

Note: She'd like it to have English pronunciation.

Any ideas?

You could ask her to try Youdao dictionary, which is not bad.
