Pleco won't open

Hi, Pleco is not opening on my ipad. I open it and see the blue screen and then it closes. I tried updating to 13.3.1 but that didn't help. Any ideas?

Maybe a silly question, but did you hard reboot your iPad? It often fixes app behavior issues.

Hard reboot could help, yes. Could also be an iTunes authorization issue - does it help if you log out of and into your iTunes account?
