Problem with installation

After I install plecodict demo version. I click on plecodict in program menu but it not respond anything, not open program. anyone can help me. I use Hp RW6828 with the newest rom from hp official site.

Soft reset your Pocket PC (stick a paperclip in the reset pin in the back) and try again; that should get the software to start up correctly.

I am having the same problem, and not just after installing!

This works on my RW6828 as well when Plecodict does not start up again each time I turn it off. Is there another way to get this to work properly? Am I missing something?
