Reading numbers

Hi guys,

anyways to get Pleco to read numbers, I want to check up some numbers sometimes.

for example how to say

1,005,608

or 34,520,003 correctly..

No way to do that at the moment... haven't had many requests for it, to be honest. It wouldn't be too challenging to add in a future release, though.
