Treo 650 backup problems

Mike, it seems the treo 650 i bought doesnt allow me to open up the treo's internal folders using the file transfer software and method that other previous palms do. So, I found a convoluted way of importing flashcards by emailing them and then opening them and saving them. But, I can't figure out how to export them. Im having no success! Can you give me a step by step procedure for doing this for a treo 650?

The flashcard files should show up in your Palm Desktop backup folder (c:\Program Files\palmOne\(your username)\Backup) after a HotSync - go into that folder and look for the "PlecoDict Flashcards" and "PlecoDict User DB C-E" files.

If you're trying to export your flashcards to text files and copy those to your computer, the best way to do that would be to use Card Export II - a fully-functional demo of that is available at http://www.softick.com/cardexport2/. That will let you look through your Treo's memory from your desktop just as you did with your old Palm.
