TTS Load Failure

I've attached a image of a failure I keep on getting when trying to listen to audio. I have deleted and reloaded the add ons but keep getting this error. What would be the cause?

What model of phone do you have and what version of Android is it using?

Asus Zenfone 2 Android 6.0.1

Ah, that's the problem then - the Zenfone uses an Intel proessor and those have all sorts of issues running both our TTS and Google's. If you've purchased one of our TTS add-ons by itself email us and we can give you a refund; if you've purchased them as part of a bundle email us and we can try to figure out something else to substitute them with.

I have the same problem... But it worked without problem with Android 5.0.

Yeah, they screwed up ARM emulation in the Android 6 update, sadly. (and far from the only issue with that update from what I've heard)
