We have a couple of users running the
Onyx Boox T68, but I haven't gotten any recent updates from them about whether or not it still works (and how well) - will probably work with the old version of Pleco (2.4.19) at least, and while the reader in that didn't support pagination it did support scrolling with hardware buttons so you should be able to get a serviceable navigation experience through that.
I actually have such a device, an Onyx Boox T68, but I stopped trying to use it for Pleco. The touch screen is just utter ****. I use it only for e-books now, but even for that only because I don't have a better option at the moment, the device restarts randomly after 10-100 page turns. It has been in repair twice in just a year. The first time they fixed nothing, the second time they changed a broken screen, that broke inside the cover it came with, that was in another cover, that was in a small bag, that was in my backpack. I think someone glanced (!) at my backpack and the screen broke (the bag was not dropped, hit, etc.). I really cannot say anything good about either the device or customer service.
Some videos I made of the touch screen issue for customer service:

http://v.youku.com/v_show/id_XNzMwMTYzODY0.html?from=s1.8-1-1.2
They looked at the video and asked me what is wrong with it, it looks perfect, it works, no? That its impossible to hit a button, because every time you touch the screen it registers the touch at a different position they did not understand.
Do I need to say more? Stay. Away. From. It.
