[Reader]: on startup check clipboard for URL --> auto load in browser

Hi,

This has probably been suggested before. It would be nice to have a setting for Pleco reader that would check the clipboard on launch, and if it contains an HTTP/HTTPS URL, automatically launch the web page in the reader browser.

On a related note (and the real reason for the above suggestion): does Pleco register itself as an application that can accept URLs shared from other apps? I use TweetBot as my Twitter client and I'd like to open certain tweets (well, actually the webpages linked in these tweets) in Pleco. Pleco is not displayed as a destination when invoking the share function in Tweetbot (Safari is, for example) and I'm not sure why.

Also thanks for adding the option to enabled/disable text parsing for links in the web browser, it came in handy today.

Good ideas, thanks. Not sure if we can register as an alternate web browser, actually, at least not without a complicated App Extension, but we'll investigate further.
