Tabs, automatic Search for the Web Reader

Hello Mike,

I would greatly welcome being able to switch between multiple tabs in Pleco 4.0's built-in web browser. Also, if I enter words in the address bar that aren't part of a URL, could Pleco perhaps forward them as a search query to a search engine/LLM of our choice? This can also be useful for quickly getting a more in-depth definition of a Chinese expression. Thanks!

Probably not a 4.0 thing at this point but something like this been on our to-do list for a while, thanks for the reminder. (I do want to at least make 4.0 support multiple simultaneous web browser sessions so we have that ability baked in for the future but I don't know if we'll build too much other stuff around it quite yet)
