I'd like to share this list with anyone who may be interested in it. It's not very practical, but having a look at it may be fun.
By the way, does anybody know how this kind of words are called in Chinese? Thank you in advance.

Hello Shun,
The data come from Wenlin's version of the ABC Dictionary. The list itself is a subset of the list of disyllabic words present in that dictionary, a kind of by-product of a long-term project I'm working on in my free time.
 
Thanks to both of you for posting this. It is interesting to look at. Thanks to Tong Wen Tang, I converted it to regular characters in a flash. I will have to post on that thread again when I think of it.

Shun, how does one convert Excel to Word? I have done so in only a very clumsy way.
 
Hi feng, you're welcome. You have to tell me why you wish to convert Excel to Word? You basically just copy and paste.
 
When I have tried it in the past, it never came out that good. Perhaps because vocabulary lists have long run-on cells for definitions. Those get cut off in Word (with my skill level). Maybe the above list just worked because there were a small number of characters to deal with in each cell?
 
Maybe sobriaebritas can tell you more, because she did most of the groundwork. I just eliminated duplicates.

Sorry for taking so long to answer. Maybe the above list worked just because there were no definitions? If I haven't understood you correctly, please tell me so, and explain me what the problem exactly is.
 
Well, the Excel document is not there anymore, so it doesn't matter. Anyway, I did recently figure out a way to do what I wanted with other documents from Excel to Word to Kindle, because there I am not printing.
