3.99.1 - SM2 Flashcards don’t review overdue cards

See attached images. I was only able to study new cards, even with overdue cards in my selected category for the same scorecard/file.

SM2 settings also had changes and some setting reverted to new defaults, which I am sure was part of a migration to new beta version. What I don’t expect to be normal is overdue cards not being picked up

Attempted the steps in https://www.plecoforums.com/threads/flashcard-all-cards-reset-to-learning-step-1.9424/#post-57097 with no luck. For now I have downgraded and restored backup
