Accidentally cancelled the review incorrect cards, can't go back to it anymore.

Is there a way to resume reviewing incorrect cards after having it cancelled accidentally upon reaching the last card of the daily test?

Best way to do that would be a new test with some 'card filters' - you can use those to limit the test to cards reviewed within the last few hours that were last answered incorrect (incorrect 1 time in a row).
