Add sample examples to user dictionary entries

Is there a way to get the example sentences to be formatted similar to other dictionaries where the Chinese appears in blue with pinyin under it, and the English translation under that?

I am using the latest Pleco 4 beta version

currently i am able to add examples into the definition, but there’s no “+” or TTS available

Yes; the format for creating them inline is not documented and I wouldn't recommend using it yet, but a version of it that should be solid in the current beta is to make a separate card for the example, then insert a link to that card in the definition section with the link button.
