I filed a bug on the AnkiDroid GitHub (https://github.com/ankidroid/Anki-Android/issues/7989), I wanted to also file this here because I'm not sure which app is at fault. All the other context menu deeplinks from Anki show the navigation bar correctly, only Pleco seems to be having a problem.
Reproduction:
1. Use Anki in fullscreen mode (Settings -> Reviewing -> Fullscreen mode)
2. Select some text on a card, then use the context menu to deeplink into the definition in Pleco
3. Navigation bar is missing from the bottom of the screen (makes it difficult to navigate back to Anki)
