Cant get app in China?

I tried to get the Pleco app from the Play Store link provided on the webpage however when I go to install it says that the app is not available in my device's country.

Weird for a Chinese learning app?

That's actually Google's fault - they won't let us distribute a paid app that includes in-app purchases in China. We have an alternate "CN" version for users in China at:

in your device's web browser.
