Can't reinstall

My Zodiac died recently and I set up everything from scratch again. I reinstalled PlecoDict 1.01 and the dictionaries but they all come up as an evaluations. Unfortunately, the "Manual Code Entry" button is not there either, so I can't enter my registration codes. I tried uninstalling PlecoDict and everything associated with it, then reinstalling. Same results. My Username is exactly the same as before.

Any ideas?
