Category card sorting question

Hello~ I’ve just added a card through live ocr, but when i sort the cards in the category as has been added with newest first, it won’t appear there. Also restarted the app but didn’t appear on top of the list yet. The card itself is added to the category.
Additionally, i wonder why the category sorting appears within the category setting itself, I’d expect this to only appear in the overview page.
Today is 22.06, but it only shows 21.06.

Where in the sort order did 居民 end up? I don't suppose there's any chance it was already in that category before this?

The category sort also applies to child categories under the category, which is why it's available for all of them.

Understood, thank you. Forgot about possible sub categories.
The card was added to the category on that day, 22nd of June.
Latest entry in the overview shows 21st of June.
Is there’s an easy way to find it in the sorted list? I couldn’t find it just now scrolling through the list, quite a long one.
