Choosing dictionary entry at card creation?

I have a question regarding creating flashcards while viewing the dictionary. When adding a new card from the dictionary viewer, the created card will default to the first (highest priority) dictionary with an entry for the given word. Afterwords, one can go Organize Cards -> Long press the new card -> Choose dictionary entry to change the entry. However, this is fairly annoying to do. Is there an option to prompt for which entry to use when creating the card, or is there a faster way to swap them? Having to swap between the Dictionary mode and Organize Cards mode is cumbersome. Thanks!

If you turn on "+ for each dictionary" in Settings / Definition Screen, that will put a + button next to the dictionary abbreviations so that you can tap on the one that matches the dictionary you want to use (and also tap on a different one to update the entry).
