Dictionary: Chinese Full-Text Search

Is Chinese full-text search still possible with Pleco 4? For example, if I enter "先别", is it still possible to search for it in all example sentences or Chinese-to-English dictionary entries? Right now, I only get:

This is still supported, it's just hidden by default. To search the text of Chinese-Chinese entries, go into Settings / Search Screen / Search Profiles and create a "full-text" type search profile with Chinese in both language blocks; to search for examples, create one with type "examples."
